Valerie Palmer!
Valerie D Palmer has joined the MML sta as the League’s receptionist! Palmer is a graduate of Hinds Community College where she received two
Associate of Applied Science degrees, one in Business Administration and one in Medical Billing and Coding, before receiving a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Service Management
Palmer, a longtime resident of the greater Jackson area, has a passion for caring for the well-being of others, ranging from children and teenagers to the elderly, which is shown by her volunteerism with e Good Samaritan Center in Jackson In her spare time, she enjoys listening to and attending orchestra events, skating, and being a “sports-mom” to her 16 year old daughter Trinity Palmer states,“My present goal in life is to be a great in uence while providing joy
and laughter to those I come into contact with at the League”
Meet your Deputy Director!
In October of 2017, Robbie Brown was promoted to Deputy Director of the Mississippi Municipal League! As Deputy Director, Brown will continue to oversee the development of the MML education program and the City Hall Center research and technical support e ort Inhisnewposition,hewillprovideadministrative and nancial management support to the Executive Director and will play a key role in the development and implementation of the League’s strategic plans and future policy development
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Brown attended Mississippi College where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Political Science He also holds a Graduate Certi cate in Nonpro t Leadership from the University of Florida
Robbie and his wife, Adriane, reside in Clinton, Mississippi with their daughters Sara Beth, Emily, and Kelly and are members of First Baptist Church of Clinton, Mississippi
