MML Mayors’ Associations
The MML Mayors’ Associations provide an important link for mayors to gather and network by regions across the state. These associations meet together to discuss issues and to share solutions for common problems. They also work together to help promote the MML Legislative Agenda to the legislators in their areas of the state.

The Mississippi Association of Planning and Development Districts is comprised of 10 Districts who collectively provide services to all counties and municipalities in Mississippi.
Each PDD in Mississippi provides a wide variety of programs and services to their local governments. The nature and extent of the programs vary depending on local needs and priorities. However, each PDD is committed to working with local governments to find feasible and economically sound solutions.
Each year, MML partners with the Mississippi Association of Planning and Development Districts (PDDs) to hold regional legislative planning meetings across the state. This year,
the PDDs graciously hosted eleven of these meetings during September and October, allowing the League’s legislative team to meet with municipal officials from each regional district in order to begin forming MML’s 2018 Legislative Agenda.
